March 22nd, President Valdas Adamkus of the Republic of Lithuania will meet in Vilnius with President Arnold Rüütel of the Republic of Estonia, President Vaira Vike-Freiberga of the Republic of Latvia and President Aleksander Kwasniewski of the Republic of Poland.

At the summit, the Presidents will discuss projects of regional co-operation and the issues relating to integration in the European Union and NATO. Considerable attention will be paid to regional infrastructure development in the context of modernisation of railway and road networks.

In honour of the Presidents of Estonia, Latvia and Poland, the Lithuanian leader will host a luncheon in Chodkeviciai Palace.

The agenda of the summit also includes bilateral meetings of the Lithuanian President with the Presidents of Estonia, Latvia and Poland. The meetings will focus on the development of bilateral relations.
